The Donner DMS-1 sheet music stand can be adjusted down to 16.5" (or up to 50+ inches), has a tiltable / adjustable bookplate, and a fairly narrow tripod base (also adjustable). It can be adjusted to a very comfortable height for use on a zafu and zabuton. The "light" is a clip-on with two adjustable necks.
After using a few different stands over the years, this one gets a strong recommendation.
